CONVEYOR
- A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Conveyors are especially useful in applications involving the transport of heavy or bulky materials.
Conveyors are the most vital component in automating intralogistics operations. Each operation demands a specific function and hence conveyor. Our team helps you choose right conveyor for each operation- be it a belt conveyor, a roller conveyor or a chain conveyor.
Combining simplicity and innovation, flat belt conveyors, modular belt conveyors, incline and decline belt conveyors, food grade conveyor and flat top chain conveyor are designed to slot into your system and make your operations easier.
Types of Conveyors
• Roller conveyor Powered and Gravity (MS Zinc Plated, Hard Chrome Plated, PU Rollers etc)
• Belt conveyor
• Slat belt conveyor

Roller Conveyor
A conveyor that is constructed out of a series of parallel rotating bars which move your component to their end destination is ideally a roller conveyor. Roller conveyor can be powered where the rollers are connected and driven with the help of a chain, PU cord or Poly V belt. Motorised/Powered Roller Conveyor is best suitable for handling heavy products. Roller conveyors are used in facilities like warehouses.
They offer flexibility in layout, application and budget. Roller conveyors can be used in every phase of your product flow: order picking, processing, packaging, transport, etc. Their versatility and ease of application are the highlights that make your operations smoother.
Belt Conveyor
Its key features like compact frame height, crowned rollers, appropriate slider bed, low maintenance make it the most appropriate to product for conveying. The highlight of the solution being its ability to convey parcels from a very small to large sizes.
The standard material of construction is Aluminium and MS profile depending upon the application and customizes the conveyor as per the requirement of your facility.

Slat Belt Conveyor
Slat Conveyor use slats or plates made of steel, wood, or other materials typically mounted on roller chains to convey product. The slats are not interlocked or overlapping. Slat conveyors are used primarily in material handling applications for moving large, heavy objects including crates, drums, or pallets in heavy-industry settings such as foundries and steel mills. The use of slats in heavy duty use cases prolongs the service life of the conveyor over other conveyor types that employ belts, which would wear out quicker under the exposure to heavy loads.
