HYDRAULIC PRESS MACHINE
A Hydraulic Press is a Machine Press using a Hydraulic Cylinder to generate a compressive force.
We are providing optimum quality hydraulic press that uses a hydraulic cylinder to generate a compressive force. The presses supplied are powered with specially designed double acting hydraulic cylinders manufactured from high-grade steel. The ability to have variable stroke length allows for various applications.
We are manufacturing various types of hydraulic press machine such as Pillar Type, C’ Column Frame Type and customised pressing application machine.
The specially designed Power Pack Unit, that powers the hydraulic press, comprise of- Oil Breather, Oil Level Indicator, Suction Strainer, Gear pump, Electric Motor, Hand Lever operated Direction Control Valve, Pressure Gauge.
All TPM signages will be provided on Power pack and Fixturing units.

Bolt Press machine
Hydraulically operated bolt press machine is designed, manufactured and installed by Innovatus Automation Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of the press machine is to press dowel into Crankcase.
Machine Description:
• This machine is made from M.S plates combined to form a solid structure.
• The main structure consists of a fixed upper and lower plate making it the functional area of the system.
• The Hydraulic cylinder connected with a load cell and pressing dolly are connected to the upper plate of the machine and a Sliding Fixture is mounted on the lower plate.
• The Control panel is mounted on the back side of the structure and a secondary panel consisting of a HMI used for easy working and selection process.
• A Linear scale is mounted in the functional area to calculate the linear travel of the system and it is integrated with the PLC.
• Analog pressure Gauge is placed on the front side of the system to indicated the working hydraulic pressure of the system.
• A Hydraulic Power Pack is placed on the side of the system consisting of a two different pressure setting valves and a direction control valve.
• Different Poka-Yoke arrangements are made to prevent the system form any damage and false pressing.

Dowel Press Machine
Hydro-pneumatically operated press machine is designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned by team Innovatus. The purpose of the press machine is to press dowel into Crankcase.
Machine Description:
• This machine consists of Base Frame for Fixture (work bench), C Frame for Cylinder mounting (top frame).
• Two numbers of cylinders are mounted on top frame which are used to press the dowels. Pneumatic cylinder is mounted in between two hydraulic cylinders which is used to hold the component while pressing the dowels.
• Filter-Regulator (FR) is also provided to clean and regulate air.
• The control panel is mounted in the table frame, which contains PLC and electrical circuit.
• Locating pins are mounted on workbench to locate component in press at proper position and keep it stable. Also there is inductive sensor for detection of component.
• Nut runner is provided to tight the bolt. Nut runner is mounted on spring balancer, also tool rail is provided to facilitate easy movement of nut runner.
• Poka-yoke cylinder is provided which doesn’t allow to remove the component until all bolts get tight.
• After tightening of all bolts cylinder get retracted and operator can easily remove the components.
