SUBMERGED WATER PUMP AND MOTOR AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY LINES.
Automated Submerged Water Pump and Motor assembly lines are used to enhance production activities in manufacturing processes. In this lines, many manual activities are converted into automatic or semi-automatic so as to eliminate or reduce the non-value adding activities like transfer of components from stage to stage, Pressing/hammering activity, lifting and placing, raw material handling and many more.
Our Systems can provide Conveyorized or auto trolley (Rail Guided) based assembly lines, systematic handling and storages of sub-assembled, finished machined parts like, shafts, rotors, impeller, casings, bushings, seals etc.by means of specially designed trolleys with fixtures which eliminates damages of machined parts. Also in between inspections from stage to stage will be reduced or eliminated due to auto operations and quality of the finished products will be improved to great extent.
We will provide full support in developing of new layouts, line stage planning and production micro level work balancing.
