POKA YOKE FOR TORQUE / MISSING

Our Systems can provide Poka- Yoke for torque which is integrated with PLC to torque various adaptors within its specified torque rangeand keep a check of the same.
The system is a fairly simple concept, where the hand tool is connected to a fastening controller. Depending on the level of controller, you can set the required torque, measure and record a history of torque outputs from the tool, record and count the number of bolts/nuts/screws, as well as detect cross threading, double tightening, stripped thread or interference from foreign objects. When an error is detected, buzzer and light features are triggered and the tool switches off. By doing this, operators know that there is an error and they can fix the issue before the product is completed.
Technical Featuress:
• The basic principle of this system to keep a check on the torque of the adaptors fastened.
• The Fixture consist of locators used to locate the job precisely which are mounted on a base plate, a pneumatic clamping unit and a job presence sensor
• All the above parts are integrated with a PLC which is used to run a sequential cycle.
• The system consists of manual torque wrench having an arrangement of limit switch and a wireless transmitter.
• The receiver of the wireless unit is installed in the electrical panel.
