Shoe Sole Cleaning Machine
Shoe sole cleaning machine is the easiest & fastest way to clean the shoe sole. Just walk through it, your sole is completely clean. Shoe sole cleaning machine is designed; manufactured & installed by our organization. This equipment is designed for cleaning the dirt on the shoes sole at the entrance of the shop floor.
Machine Description:
• The cleaner consists of Nylon bristles mounted roller on a frame and driven by a combination of a gearbox and electric motor.
• The equipment consists of basic part that is the base frame and is the brushes.
• We can reduce speed using a drive as per your requirements.
• Each of the brush rods connects from gearbox with help of sprocket and chain mechanism and supported by pillow block bearing on base structure.
• A heavy-duty grill is fixed on the base frame over nylon bristles. This enables cleaning of bottom sole with minimum contact.
• Door opening sensor is used to start the equipment after presence of the person to the entry of the machine and after few seconds of delay it will switch off the motor. This process will repeat till the movement of the people.
End Chamber Leak Testing Machine
Leak test machine is designed, manufactured, installed by Innovatus Automation Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of the leak test machine is to check the leakage in the graphite blocks.
Machine Description:
• This machine is made from various M.S sections combined to form a solid structure.
• The main structure consists of a horizontal base structure welded with a vertical structure making it the functional area of the system.
• The system consists of a setup of three M.S serration plates one on the horizontal base structure and two plates over hanged on the vertical structure used for sealing the graphite blocks.
• The system consists of 4 hydraulic cylinder mounting on the upper, lower, left, right side of the system respectively. All four cylinders are connected with a hydraulic power pack for operations.
• A pneumatic system for air inlet containing Filter Regulator, Pneumatic Solenoid valve, Pressure Switch and an Analogue Pressure gauge which is used to supply the air inside the block.
• A Pendant mounted on a stand is provided to carry out various motion operations for hydraulic cylinder.
